BCN Peptides is a fast-growing company specialized in the manufacturing of GMP peptides. With over 30 years’ experience in this business, it has become a leading company in Peptide API production. The Peptide QC Analyst will be responsible for leading and coordinating analytical development and quality testing projects for peptide APIs, ensuring strict compliance with GMP standards. Working in close collaboration with QC, QA, R&D;, and Production teams, he or she will bridge technical analytical expertise—specifically in HPLC/UPLC and HPLC/UPLC-MS—with robust project management to ensure successful method validation, product characterization, and on-time project execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee analytical project lifecycles, ensuring project milestones, technical deliverables, and client commitments are met within scheduled timelines.
• Design, manage, and supervise analytical testing, method development, optimization, and validation for peptide APIs, with a primary focus on HPLC/UPLC and HPLC/UPLC-MS.
• Coordinate technical communications and operational alignment across cross-functional departments (QC, QA, R&D;,



Regulatory Affairs, and Production).
• Act as the subject matter expert in peptide analysis during internal/external client audits and technical project meetings. Experience / Education

Qualifications:
• PhD in Chemistry.
• Demonstrated technical expertise and hands-on experience in peptide testing and analytical characterization.
• Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of HPLC/UPLC and HPLC/UPLC-MS (method development, validation, troubleshooting, and data interpretation).
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ICH guidelines, and pharmaceutical QA/QC requirements.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead technical tasks and collaborate effectively across teams.
