You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will design, develop and integrate technological solutions that become part of high-value projects for our clients. WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?
• Lead a technical team, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence throughout all phases of the system lifecycle.
• Assign tasks, monitor workload, and support the resolution of technical blockers.
• Coordinate the design, development, integration, and validation of avionics systems.
• Manage the system lifecycle, from requirements definition through to entry into service.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices for avionics and safety‑critical systems (DO-178, DO-254, ARINC, etc., as applicable).
• Act as the technical interface with other departments, customers, and project stakeholders. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Extensive experience in complex technological environments, preferably in avionics, defence or aeronautical systems.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of avionics systems such as: Navigation, communications, mission, sensors and/or control. Embedded systems integration.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with motivation, clarity and a results-oriented approach.
