We are looking for a commercially driven professional to help accelerate our international growth and expand our presence across multiple markets. The Role This is a highly sales-focused position for someone who enjoys generating new business, building relationships and achieving ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing new markets focusing on the Hungarian market, building relationships with schools and educational travel partners, and increasing the number of study tours organised with AIL Español. We are looking for a proactive, energetic and results-oriented sales professional who thrives on creating opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and develop the Hungarian and new international markets.
• Build relationships with schools, universities and educational travel agencies.
• Prospect, contact and engage decision-makers through calls, emails, online meetings and face-to-face visits.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Create and execute strategies to increase market penetration and sales performance. Sales
• Actively sell educational study tours and Spanish immersion programmes.
• Conduct online and in-person sales presentations.
• Prepare quotations and customised proposals.
• Negotiate and close agreements with schools and partner organisations.




• Achieve ambitious sales and growth targets. Account Development
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Maximise repeat bookings and referrals.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. Administration
• Develop and monitor databases listing the primary and high schools teaching Spanish and the study tour agencies of multiple countries.
• Issue invoices and certificates and collect payments.
• Update administrative files and create, update and translate texts and templates.
• Manage facilities with specific attention to classrooms. International Representation
• Attend educational fairs, workshops and networking events.
• Represent AIL Español internationally.
• Travel abroad to meet existing and prospective clients. Programme Coordination
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Support clients throughout the booking process and during their stay when required. Profile Essential
