At Altaona Resort (Murcia), we are creating an environment designed for longevity, where preventive health, movement, nutrition, rest and community are part of everyday life. This vision comes to life in the WOW Longevity Center and the WOW Longevity Hotel, Europe’s first real estate project inspired by the science of longevity. We are looking for the person who will turn it into an exceptional experience. Your mission Lead the Longevity Center as both a business and an

experience:
build the team, define the programmes, deliver five-star service and make sure everyone who walks in leaves living better. Responsibilities
• Define and execute the center’s strategy together with the General Management: value proposition, service portfolio and growth plan.
• Design longevity programmes (initial assessment, personalised plans, follow-up) with doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, trainers and therapists.
• Recruit, train and lead a multidisciplinary team, building a culture of excellence, care and continuous improvement.
• Design the full customer journey and oversee every detail: welcome, communication, spaces, follow-up and loyalty.
• Manage the P&L;: budget, pricing, KPIs (occupancy, average ticket, retention, NPS) and profitability.
• Select and coordinate external partners: clinics, laboratories, health technology and premium suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health and quality regulations [confirm whether the center will hold a healthcare licence].
• Work with the resort’s sales, marketing and hospitality teams to integrate the center into the Altaona experience.
• Represent the Longevity Center to clients, investors,



media and at industry events. What we are looking for 1. A genuine affinity for longevity
• Solid knowledge of preventive health, wellness, nutrition, exercise, sleep and biomarkers, and of current trends in longevity.
• You live this lifestyle, not just know about it.
• A background in health sciences, sports science, nutrition or a related field is a plus. 2. Strong leadership experience
• At least 7-10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 in director or management roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 10+people, including medical or technical profiles.
• P&L;, budget and KPI management for a business unit.
• Experience with openings (pre-opening), launches or growing centers, departments or businesses.
• Ability to define processes, service standards and operating protocols.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and partners.
• Management training (MBA, master’s in hotel management, healthcare management or similar) is a plus. 3. High-end hospitality and customer experience
• A track record in luxury hotels, wellness resorts, destination spas, premium clinics, medical spas or luxury brands.
• Command of luxury service standards and experience personalisation.
• Experience with a demanding international clientele.
• Fluent English is essential; other languages such as German, French, Dutch or Scandinavian languages are a plus. Personal profile
