• Be the first point of contact for our American customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions.
• Deliver service with a smile and live our core value: Think Like a Customer.

• Fluent English speaker (native or near-native)
• Experience in Customer Service or a people-facing role is a big plus.
• Passionate about problem-solving, communication, and customer happiness.




• You enjoy structure but thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
• A great team player who’s always ready to support others.
• You are looking for a position that is full-time and later hours (from 3pm to 11:30pm or from 6:30 pm to 02:00 am)
