As a Key Account Manager for our plant in Bilbao, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers, strengthening long-term partnerships, and growing the business through a deep understanding of customer needs and value-added packaging solutions.

What You'll Do
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customers and act as their primary commercial contact.
• Develop and execute account plans that support customer retention, satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
• Understand customers’ business and technical needs, anticipate future requirements, and develop tailored proposals.




• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and value-added solutions.
• Coordinate with technical, operational, and customer service teams to ensure reliable delivery and effective resolution of customer issues. What You Bring
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B account management, in the packaging sector sectors.
• Proven experience in retaining, developing, and growing strategic customer accounts.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, negotiation, and commercial planning skills.
