You will:Managehigh-value group businessDriveconversion and revenue performanceWork acrossinternational markets and multiple channelsBe part of acentralised, high-performance CRO (Central Reservations Office)What You’ll OwnManagegroup reservationsacross direct, OTA, and wholesale channelsProactivelyconvert enquiries into confirmed businessBuild, negotiate, and optimisegroup quotes, including upselling opportunitiesTake full ownership ofbilling, deposits, and payment processesEnsure accuracy and efficiency across systems and platformsCollaborate withRevenue, Sales, and Operationsto maximise resultsBuild strong, lasting relationships withclients and partnersWhat We’re Looking ForFluent English + French (additional languages are a strong plus)Solid experience inhotel reservations (groups preferred)
