They are looking for a Buyer to join their Product team and contribute to the planning and execution of purchasing strategies across collections and product categories. Working closely with the Product and Design teams, you will help build the right assortment, make data-driven purchasing decisions, and ensure products reach the right channels at the right time. This role combines commercial analysis, product selection, supplier management, and stock optimization, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to the brand's sales performance, product availability, and profitability in a fast-paced fashion environment. responsibilities:
Plan seasonal purchases and collections in collaboration with the Product and Design teamsAnalyze sales, sell-through, stock levels, and trends to make purchasing decisionsManage product assortments across categories, online channels, physical stores, and marketsMonitor purchasing budgets, open-to-buy (OTB), and profit marginsIdentify and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure the best prices, quality and delivery termsPlace and track purchase orders, ensuring products meet quality standards and arrive on timeCoordinate stock allocation and replenishment between online and physical storesMonitor product performance and recommend actions such as replenishments, markdowns,



and outlet allocationAnalyze competitors and market trends to identify new product opportunitiesCollaborate with Product, Design, Retail, E-commerce, and Logistics teams to optimize product availability and sales performance Core skills/experience: Previous experience in buying, purchasing, or merchandising within the fashion or retail industryStrong commercial awareness and understanding of product performance, sales trends, stock rotation, and profitabilityAnalytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into purchasing decisionsExperience managing product assortments, purchasing budgets and stock levelsKnowledge of supplier management, price negotiations, production timelines and quality controlStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple collections, orders and deadlines simultaneouslyProactive, autonomous and results-oriented approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsStrong Excel skills and confidence working with sales and stock dataPassion for fashion, streetwear, consumer trends and product development What's on offer?
