Program Quality main roles and responsibilities are the following ones:Management of customer quality complains and official non conformities.
Management of day-to-day quality issues with OOSS (Official Services)Lead quality topics in Aircrafts belonging to Spanish Programs between AHE-AH/AHD.
Concession management, signature and follow-upLead Concession Board with customers and OOSSAnswer to OOSS questions (technical)Minor Incident Management and follow-upIdentify risks, difficulties and non-quality issues and inform of them to the ProgramTreatment of Quality remarks from OOSS acceptance processDelivery Documentation management (before official analysis)CoC / Certificate of Conformity fulfilment and signaturePermit to Fly management with Airworthiness Authority.
Support to Program’s Aircrafts deliveries in Quality topicsPrepare, harmonize and release the local QAPs (Quality Assurance Plans)Monthly KPI´sAct as official interface between AHE and NQARTo support SpNQAR on GQAs (Governmental Quality Assurance) delegation proposalsTo support Programs in quality topicsTraining / ExperienceDesirable: Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering DegreeAeronautical

experience:
