Perk is seeking a Customer Care specialist based in Barcelona to support customers on technically complex finance and accounting cases within our software suite. You will bring hands-on fintech knowledge to help customers navigate real operational challenges, not just surface queries.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, own the resolution of incidents, and act as the go-to internal resource on how our software works in practice. This role requires being based in Barcelona.
