SAP S2P Lead – S/4HANA Transformation

Barcelona, Spain (onsite bi-weekly)Industry: Retail We are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Lead to support a major S/4HANA transformation programme for a retail business. The successful candidate will lead the S2P workstream, overseeing solution design and delivery across procurement and supplier-related processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the S2P workstream throughout the S/4HANA transformation, from design through implementation. Drive process design and optimisation across procurement, purchasing, supplier management and invoice processing. Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. Oversee solution design, integration,



testing and deployment activities. Manage workstream deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:
Proven experience leading SAP S2P workstreams on S/4HANA transformation programmes. Strong knowledge of SAP procurement and purchasing processes, ideally within retail. Experience in end-to-end process design, implementation and business transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Must be available to work onsite in Barcelona every two weeks.
