Application of formal change architectures, models, and frameworkMeasurement of short
- and long-term business outcomes related to organizational changeDesigns effective change plans to drive successful adoption of the change within the organizationQuantitative and qualitative analyses to implement data-driven change modelsIdentification and alignment of relevant stakeholdersDistribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications strategyDevelopment and execution of strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the changeAssessment of organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gapsManagement of OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/programExecuting communications and training strategyMeasuring adoption success of new technologies implemented .
Knowledge of change management frameworks and methods,
