and continuous support to help you succeed and progress in your career.As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will:Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experienceAccurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systemsIdentify and escalated complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolutionYour QualificationsWe welcome people from diverse backgrounds who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
