As a Requirements Engineer for Clinical Trial Systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality and integrity of a integral Operational Data Repository programme — directly enabling faster, more reliable clinical trial execution across the organisation. Your work will directly influence the reliability and scalability of the data platforms that underpin clinical trial operations. Who You AreYou bring 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst,



with a strong track record of delivering high-quality requirement specifications in complex, cross-functional environments.
A professional certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional, PMI Professional in Business Analysis, or International Requirements Engineering Board certification is an advantage.
You have 3 or more years of hands-on experience with clinical trial data and processes, giving you a solid understanding of how data flows through clinical operations and what is required to support compliant, audit-ready systems. You are skilled at facilitating requirement workshops and stakeholder reviews, translating diverse perspectives into clear, consistent, and actionable documentation.
You have practical experience working with data platforms, system integrations, and application programming interfaces, and you understand the technical constraints that shape feasible requirements.
You have worked in regulated environments and are familiar with Good Practice standards applicable to clinical data systems, including the expectations around validation, traceability, and change control.
