SAP SD Consultant

plays a key role in enhancing and supporting TD SYNNEX's global

SAP landscape . This role combines deep

SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)

expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimize

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global colleagues across the full solution lifecycle-from

requirements gathering

and

solution design

through

implementation ,

deployment , and

support -while also identifying opportunities to leverage

AI-driven capabilities

within the SAP ecosystem. Responsibilities SAP Solution Delivery & Support Lead the implementation of

SAP SD functionalities

across all project phases, including

analysis ,

design ,

configuration ,





testing ,

deployment , and

hypercare support . Provide support for existing

SAP template functionality

and ensure system stability. Deliver

enhancements ,

process improvements , and

defect resolutions

aligned with business priorities. Analyze code and identify issues to accelerate

development

and

troubleshooting .

Business Collaboration & Process Optimization Partner with business stakeholders to understand

commercial

and

operational requirements . Translate business needs into

functional

and

technical specifications . Balance

standard SAP capabilities

with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value. Support

continuous improvement initiatives

across the

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

process.

Knowledge Leadership & Team Collaboration Work closely with

cross-functional SAP teams , including

Finance ,

Supply Chain ,

Procurement , and

Technology

teams. Act as a recognized

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

within key functional areas. Provide

knowledge transfer

to support teams, trainers, subject matter experts, and external consultants. Contribute to

global project initiatives

and

best-practice sharing

across regions.

Innovation & AI Enablement Identify opportunities to leverage

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

and

automation

within

SAP Sales & Distribution

processes. Support the implementation of

AI-driven use cases

across the

Order-to-Cash lifecycle . Contribute to TD SYNNEX's

digital transformation strategy

through innovative technology solutions.
