Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience by preparing estimates and coordinating repairs. You will accurately assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
You will work with the team to achieve KPIs, participate in production walks, and ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW standards.
