Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service, oversee daily store operations—including opening and closing routines—and enhance efficiency across store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floor‑set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, and they serve as talent leaders by recruiting, training, engaging, and developing staff.

Responsibilities

- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
- Train and develop non‑management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Operate register/point of sale systems.
- Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
- CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Drive to achieve results and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑building ability and capacity to coach others.
- Initiative, confidence, and ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.
- Engagement in applied learning and proactive thinking.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary: The starting rate for this position is €27,500.00 annually (pay range €27,500.00 – €27,500.00). This rate may be modified in the future.
