Allianz Technology is seeking a Service Manager to own end-to-end IT services within a Tribe, including technology ownership, costs, compliance, security and quality. You will work closely with agile delivery teams to drive service development, transition to production and continuous improvement.
You will manage service availability, capacity, compliance, risk assessments and the operational lifecycle, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met while coordinating with production management and audit
