Join our general team EULEN Flexiplan is looking for a Temporary Market Research Assistant (medical leave cover) to provide essential support across our qualitative and quantitative research projects for one of our clients.

Location: Hybrid (3 days remote / 2 days on-site)

Working Hours: 30 hours/week (Monday to Thursday, 10:00–18:00, with afternoon flexibility)

Contract: Temporary (medical leave cover)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

What will your responsibilities be?

Market Research:

- Recruit teachers and participants for our studies. ‍
- Coordinate logistics for focus groups and interviews.
- Schedule school visits and other fieldwork activities.
- Launch surveys using the Qualtrics platform.

Support & Reporting:

- Take detailed notes during research sessions.
- Collect and organize participant feedback.
- Assist in drafting and compiling market reports.

Administration:

- Manage project correspondence via email.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate schedules and book meetings.

Requirements:

What are we looking for?

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or market research roles.
- Languages: Fluent English (B2/C1), essential for report writing and communication in global meetings. Native or fluent Spanish.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Email.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
- Prior experience with Qualtrics is a plus.
