Lead organizational design initiatives, including structures, governance models, job architecture, and workforce planning.
Drive HR transformation projects focused on scalability, process harmonization, and operational excellence.
Oversee talent acquisition activities for senior and critical positions across the region.
Lead talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee development programs.
Manage performance management processes and support a high-performance culture.
Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking, annual review cycles, and reward programs.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage complex employee relations matters across multiple countries.
Leverage HR analytics, systems, and data-driven insights to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
