The research activities have been focused on the areas of materials for transport, energy, and health care and the Institute has state-of-the?art facilities for processing, characterization and simulation of advanced materials. ¿up of maintenance, cleaning, security, reception/concierge, gardening, waste, industrial?Accompany and provide practical access support to suppliers and contractors for scheduled interventions.
Update technical inventories, spare?Collect consumption data for electricity, water and gas and prepare routine monitoring information.
Apply safety and contractor?Provide general operational support to the Infrastructure Technician and Infrastructure Manager.
Experience in maintaining records, inventories or work orders and liaising with service providers.
Desirable experienceExperience in research, university, laboratory, healthcare or industrial environments.
Using CMMS or ERP systems.
Supporting contractor access and documentation.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).



Required trainingHigher Vocational Training or equivalent technical qualification relevant to building maintenance or facilities operations.
English level B1 CEFR.
Desirable trainingTraining in maintenance, energy efficiency and renewable energies, legionella prevention, handling fluorinated gases, work at height, operating forklift truck and lifting platform, electrical risk, fire safety or other relevant safety topics.
AutoCAD user knowledge.
English B2.
CMMS or ERP training.
Accurate use and maintenance of work orders, inventories and operational records.
User?level proficiency in office tools and ability to work with CMMS or similar maintenance?Ability to read and record routine electricity, water and gas consumption data.
Spanish proficiency sufficient to understand procedures, work instructions and safety documentation.
