Junior Account Executive – International Markets Hotelspeaker helps independent hotels, hotel groups and chains turn guest reviews into better reputation, more direct bookings and stronger revenue. We are an established company with a proven product and loyal customers, but we run with the energy, speed and ownership of a start-up. As Junior Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle for your market: from finding the right hotels and groups, to closing them, to growing the accounts we already have. Italian, Portuguese, Arabic or Polish. You report to the Head of Sales and work closely with our customer success. You are based in Barcelona, in our central office 2 days a week, and travel to roadshows and events in your market. Run the full sales cycle yourself: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation and closing. Qualify and forecast deals with MEDDPICC, so you know where every opportunity stands and what it needs to close. Keep your pipeline, activity and forecast accurate in HubSpot. Travel to roadshows and hospitality events in your market to represent Hotelspeaker and build your network.



Native Italian, Portuguese, Arabic or Polish speaker, plus professional English or Spanish. Experience in sales at a SaaS company serving the hotel industry, ideally selling to groups and chains. 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, including owning deals end to end, from first contact to signature. Outgoing and confident with hoteliers, from general managers to group directors. Additional languages, especially Spanish, French, Greek or German. An existing network among hoteliers, groups or hospitality consultants in your market. Knowledge of online reviews, reputation management or revenue management in hotels. Hybrid work from Barcelona: 2 days a week in our central office, the rest remote. Ownership of a market, with a clear path to Account Executive and beyond as you deliver.
