and Tasks As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the integral company project and its customers As a Senior Paid Social Specialist in the Online Display amp; Video Marketing team you will be in charge of: Design and execute full funnel marketing campaigns from awarenessbranding to performancebased acquisition retargeting and reengagement across different paid social providers and geographies for both Web and App platforms; Own the campaign performance to ensure campaign targets are met sales cost per sale ROAS brand awareness reach etc through continuous analysis and optimization; Design the agenda for the assigned media and campaigns across all the key enablers including campaign setup measurement creative tracking; Preparation of regular reports with clear actionable insights; Design and execute AB testing for media buying audiences contentpromotions and creatives; Collaborate with providers Meta TikTok etc in order to maximise the full potential of each platformmedia testing new features digesting new data etc; Create newimprove current best practices and document processes for campaign launch and ongoing optimization; Collaborate with the internal creative team as well as external creative agencies to ensure creatives do align to the requirements from publishers; Help defining the budget and generate investment scenarios for the launch of new campaigns; What you need to succeed:



Good to have Bring your unique perspective speak up and offer disruptive solutions Youll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our team Heres what you need to succeed: At least 4 years of experience in online marketing related roles focusing on Paid Social with proven handson track record of managing highbudget performance campaigns; Deep understanding and handson experience in managing one or more media buying platforms among Meta TikTok YouTube Snapchat Pinterest etc Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to analyze data following new approaches to make optimization decisions; Truly curious and passionate about online marketing Willing to help create and nurture a bestinclass marketing organization We are looking for people that really want to be the best at digital advertising and know each media inside out; Strong understanding of display and video performance metrics industry best practices audience segmentation cross and upselling strategies creative performance insights; Strong organizational skills comfortable working in demanding environments You will be surrounded by top industry talents Any prior experience in mobile app performance marketing like AppsFlyer Google App Campaigns or Meta and TikTok App is valued and considered a plus but is not mandatory; Self driven to achieve results; Any level in English as long as you are able to tell a story from the data communicate information around campaigns and have relevant conversation with the team and the stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AIpowered assistants Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into workflows AIEnhanced Probl
