Looking to make the leap from SDR/BDR to your first full-cycle Inside Sales Account Executive role?
At EcoVadis, the Network Growth team operates at the heart of our mission. When global enterprises invite their suppliers to disclose sustainability performance, our team steps in to guide them forward.
As an Account Executive (Network Growth), you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from initial proactive outreach to closing. You will manage a high-velocity pipeline across the Benelux and UK markets, speaking directly with key contacts across Quality, Operations, HR, and Management to guide them through the evaluation process and secure their participation in our general network.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Commercial Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from first touch to close across a high volume of assigned supplier accounts.
- Proactive Outreach & Pipeline Cadence:



Drive high-frequency outbound engagement via phone and email to activate unengaged accounts and maintain momentum across your territory.
- Value-Based Selling: Uncover supplier operational challenges, understand how they manage customer data requests, and align our solution to their business priorities.
- Objection Handling & Commercial Positioning: Confidently navigate hesitation regarding the subscription model, effectively differentiating the EcoVadis evaluation from traditional standards such as ISO certifications.
- Subscription Upselling: Guide companies through our evaluation packages, identifying opportunities to upsell to higher subscription tiers based on their operational setup and business needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams—particularly Customer Success, Data Operations and Product —to ensure high conversion rates and a frictionless onboarding experience for new suppliers.
