About the roleWe are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our client's office in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The role is permanent and office-based, and starts 16 November or at the beginning of December.You will support German-speaking parents using an international tech brand that makes smart devices designed to keep children connected and safe. This position is for candidates already living on Tenerife, or with a clear and realistic plan to be there before the start date.What you'll doProvide frontline support to customers in the German market by phone, chat and emailHelp parents with device setup, activation, app questions, subscriptions and troubleshootingExplain technical topics in simple, clear and friendly languageLog, track and follow up on cases so every customer gets a proper resolutionWork with internal teams to solve more complex issuesKeep customer satisfaction high, including during busy periodsRequirementsNative or fluent German (C1 or higher), written and spokenGood EnglishComfortable with computers and apps, and quick to learn new systemsCalm, patient and empathetic, also when a customer is stressed or frustratedSelf-driven and confident handling customer communicationCustomer service experience is a plus, but attitude and communication skills matter mostAlready living on Tenerife,
