We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide support to fund managers leveraging the use of technology. You will work closely with venture capital & private equity firms as well as technology teams. Responsibilities
* Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis for both Venture Capital and Private Equity firms
* Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve processes and solutions
* Consolidate and analyze financial data taking into account portfolio companies goals and financial standing
* Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports and dashboards
* Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
* Identify trends and recommend actions to fund managers based on sound analysis
* Track and determine financial status by analyzing presente results in comparison with forecasts
* Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data




* Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope Requirements
* 1-3 years of fund operations, business finance, venture capital or private equity experience
* High proficiency infinancial modelingtechniques
* Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
* Good use of AI tools
* Strong analytical and data gathering skills
* Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
* Proven knowledge of high growth startup companies, corporate finance and information analysis
* Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
