We are seeking a professional Telephone Operator / Receptionist for a Private villa in Marbella As we operate 24/7, flexibility and reliability are essential. Responsibilities
* Handle calls from VIP guests
* Manage reservations and guest inquiries
* Communicate with clients via phone and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
* Welcome and assist guests when required
* Provide polite, efficient, and discreet customer service Requirements
* Fluent English (and speaking and writing)
* Fluent Spanish (speaking and writing)
* Pleasant and professional voice
* Quick and efficient communication, both spoken and written
* Comfortable using messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)




* Ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages (speaking and texting)
* Positive attitude, discretion, and strong attention to detail
