Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies, resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
* Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system with precision and detail.
* Identify and elevate priority issues or customer complaints to the appropriate departments.
* Proactively seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
