Are you passionate about vocational education and skilled in food processing, packaging, and food hygiene? A certified training entity in Inca, Mallorca, is looking for a qualified vocational trainer to deliver specialized modules within an FP Dual (Dual Vocational Training) program tailored for the meat industry. In this role, you will guide and instruct students in essential industry techniques, preparing them for practical work in modern food production environments. The position is based on-site in Inca and covers a total of 135 classroom training hours. Your primary responsibility will be the instruction of two formal training modules designed to prepare learners for food industry standards:
* INAD0006: Packaging, conditioning, and packing of food products (60 teaching hours).
* HOTR0046: Food handling and food safety protocols (75 teaching hours).
* Delivering practical and theoretical lessons following the official curriculum for the FP Dual program in the meat sector.
* Monitoring student learning progress, assessing practical understanding, and fostering compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.



To be considered for this instructional position, you should bring relevant expertise in food manufacturing, packaging operations, or food hygiene management:
* You fulfill the trainer requirements specified under the official training specialty guidelines for INAD0006 and HOTR0046.
* Prior formal experience is listed at zero months minimum, making this accessible to qualified subject matter professionals who meet the course trainer prerequisites.
* If no applicant meets all formal regulatory criteria during initial recruitment, an insufficiency certificate may be issued, allowing the center to appoint a qualified professional who meets equivalent criteria.
* You are dependable, communicative, and able to convey structured technical guidelines clearly to students. This position offers a fixed-term contract lasting 2 months to deliver the scheduled 135 hours of instruction:
* Full-time schedule working Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
* Planned start date is December 1, 2026.
