Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingProviding compliance and legal advice on the structuring of new and existing financial products, including payment, investment, and banking featuresDrafting customer-facing legal documentsManaging regulatory expectations,



requirements, and applicationsOrganising local corporate structureDrafting and negotiating intragroup agreements and contractual documentation with external vendors and suppliersExcelling at leadership while also undertaking executional workHandling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround timesWhat you'll need4+ years of PQE (mid to lead levels welcome to apply)Excellent academic and professional credentialsExperience advising on local financial regulationsSound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindsetConfidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete informationExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsFluency in EnglishBuilding a general financial super app isn’t enough.
