We are seeking an experienced Workday AMS Consultant to provide application management and post-production support across multiple Workday modules. The consultant will be responsible for incident management, configuration changes, enhancements, releases, and business support, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement of the Workday platform.Required Workday Functional Coverage:Core HCMAbsence ManagementCompensationAdvanced CompensationLearningTalent ManagementPerformance ManagementKey Responsibilities:Provide Level 2/Level 3 AMS support for Workday functional modules.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.Perform configuration changes, enhancements, and system optimization.Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.Create and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles,



and support procedures.Assist with security, business process troubleshooting, and reporting requests.Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.Required Experience:4+ years of Workday functional experience with AMS/support engagements.Strong hands-on expertise in HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent, and Performance.Experience in Workday business process configuration and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Workday releases, testing, and change management.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred:Workday Certification(s) in HCM or related functional areas.Experience supporting general Workday environments.Exposure to Workday Reporting and Security.#J-18808-Ljbffr
