This role combines a broad HR generalist perspective, overseeing key people processes within the assigned business area, including recruitment, learning and development, talent management, and compensation & benefits.In parallel, you will contribute to building and reinforcing a high-performance culture, translating employee feedback and engagement insights into focused, actionable initiatives.You will also support a more data‑driven approach to HR, leveraging tools such as SuccessFactors and exploring the use of AI and digital solutions to improve decision‑making and process efficiency.This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to the business, is comfortable navigating different HR topics,
