Your scope will evolve based on your skills, interests, and company priorities.Tool Selection: Consult clients on which sales tools they should get based on their challenges.Lead Allocation: Build allocation systems to ensure optimal prospect distribution across sales teams2/ Data OrchestrationTAM Mapping: Creating ICP Models based on firmographics, technographics and signalsSignal Tracking:
