BD is seeking a Customer Service Operations Leader Iberia to head the Customer Care and Contract & Tender groups within the GBS–QTC model for the Iberia region in Spain. The role drives reliable service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and business alignment.
The candidate will lead ~45 employees (4 direct reports), manage the CS budget, and partner with Commercial teams to drive growth and margin.
