You will be responsible for developing robust financial models, providing insights to support decision‑making, and driving efficiency across financial operations. focusing on automation and efficiency.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team.Support strategic decision‑making with insightful financial analysis.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.G., CPA, CFA) is highly preferred.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management accounting, or financial control.Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
