The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering retail service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and end-to-end retail processes.Key Responsibilities:Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Retail Services solutions to support retail business operations.Support end-to-end returns processes, including customer returns, refunds,



exchanges and integration with sales and inventory management.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and SAP solutions.Collaborate with SAP functional teams to ensure integration across sales, pricing, inventory and order management.Support functional testing, defect resolution, deployment and post-go-live activities.Requirements:Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Retail, with a strong understanding of retail services solutions.Experience designing and implementing retail returns and refund processes.Strong knowledge of retail business processes and cross-functional SAP integration.Experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
