Job Description Program Quality main roles and responsibilities are the following ones:Management of customer quality complains and official non conformities.Management of day-to-day quality issues with OOSS (Official Services)Lead quality topics in Aircrafts belonging to Spanish Programs between AHE-AH/AHD.Concession management, signature and follow-upLead Concession Board with customers and OOSSAnswer to OOSS questions (technical)Minor Incident Management and follow-upIdentify risks, difficulties and non-quality issues and inform of them to the ProgramTreatment of Quality remarks from OOSS acceptance processDelivery Documentation management (before official analysis)CoC / Certificate of Conformity fulfilment and signaturePermit to Fly management with Airworthiness Authority.Support to Program’s Aircrafts deliveries in Quality topicsPrepare, harmonize and release the local QAPs (Quality Assurance Plans)Monthly KPI´sAct as official interface between AHE and NQARTo support SpNQAR on GQAs (Governmental Quality Assurance) delegation proposalsTo support Programs in quality topicsTraining / Experience Desirable: Aeronautical/Industrial Engineering DegreeAeronautical experience: Minimum 3 yearsKnowledge in EASA RegulationKnowledge in Military Aeronautical RegulationKnowledge in Civil and Military aeronautical standards8D/Practical problem solvingKPIs definition, management and analysisSoft skills Capacity to anticipate risks and difficultiesCapacity to analyze problems objectively and to propose solutions in a synthetic wayOpen minded and teamwork skillsGood communication skillsAutonomous decision criteriaAbility to work in a multicultural,
