You'll combine customer insight, product innovation and commercial expertise to deliver inspiring ranges, drive profitable growth and strengthen our market position.Working closely with Product, Planning, Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain and Retail Operations, you'll identify opportunities, influence decision-making and ensure exceptional execution across the end-to-end product lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute category strategies that drive sales, profit and growthLead seasonal range development and product innovationIdentify commercial opportunities through customer, market and performance insightsPartner across the business to deliver best-in-class customer outcomesLead, coach and develop a high-performing Product teamDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the categoryAbout You:Proven experience as a Category Manager, within Merchandising, Retail Management or a related field environmentStrong experience across Furniture, Homewares or broader Home & Living categories,
