It has a strong team of scientists and engineers, and a commercial strategy built on getting quantum systems into customers’ hands now rather than years from now.Its systems are already deployed with customers around the world, and the company works closely with HPC centres and enterprise users to integrate quantum into real-world computing workflows.As commercial demand grows, the company is hiring Sales Directors in the EU to scale its go-to-market. This is a chance to sell production-ready quantum hardware, not a roadmap. Reporting directly to the CCO, you’ll be one of the first senior sellers in your region and will help shape how the company goes to market there.You will:Own and build a new business pipeline across your region, from first conversation to signed dealSell quantum computing systems into enterprise, government and research customers, often alongside their existing HPC investmentsLead complex,



multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical, procurement and executive buyersWork with technical and product teams to shape solutions around real customer use cases in areas such as simulation, optimisation and machine learningHelp shape regional go-to-market strategy and feed market insight back to leadershipWhat we’re looking for:10+ years in B2B sales, with a strong track record of winning new businessExperience selling hardware: compute, servers or HPC systemsHPC experience is essentialA history of selling into industries such as pharma, materials science, manufacturing, defence or governmentQuantum experience is not required.
