Our client is a Barcelona-based, Keensight Capital-backed leader in Data Intelligence SaaS, giving manufacturers and distributors full sales visibility through to the point of sale.Following Keensight’s investment, the business is scaling fast, targeting aggressive international growth across Europe and the US, both organically and through several strategic acquisitions.They are now hiring their first Chief Commercial Officer. Spain is the preferred location, but they’re open to elsewhere in Europe, with extensive travel to Spain for the first 6–9 months.Reporting to the CEO and part of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll own integral go-to-market end to end, building an integrated, streamlined international GTM organisation.Key Responsibilities

Own the commercial strategy, annual plan and budget, delivering sustainable recurring revenue growthDrive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, with full accountability for pipelinePartner with Marketing to open new markets, segments and growth opportunitiesLead,



develop and grow an international sales and account management team, attracting and retaining strong talentCoach the team in negotiation, senior stakeholder engagement and account managementSet clear goals, KPIs and performance processes that build accountability and customer focusPut in place scalable processes, including segmentation, account planning, forecasting and pipeline managementExperience
