About the Role

GDCC – Global Data Collection Company is looking for Dutch-speakingFreelance Call Agents based in Spain to join our international market researchteam.

In this role, you will conduct structured telephone or online interviewsin Dutch for market research projects. You will collect opinions andinformation from participants using prepared survey scripts.

This is a research-only position. The role does not involve sales,marketing, lead generation, or selling products or services.

All selected candidates receive free training and a full introduction tothe company and role before starting live projects. No previous call center ormarket research experience is required.

Freelance / Self-Employed Contract

This is a freelance / self-employed contractor position.

You will work on a freelance basis and will be responsible for declaringand managing your own taxes and other applicable obligations in accordance withSpanish law.

What You Will Do

- Conduct structured telephone oronline market research interviews in Dutch.

- Follow survey and interviewscripts accurately.

- Ask questions in a neutral andprofessional manner.

- Record responses accuratelyaccording to project requirements.

- Maintain a professional andrespectful communication style.

- Follow GDCC's quality anddata-collection procedures.

Additional Information

This is a market research position only. You will conduct opinion-basedsurveys and structured interviews for research purposes.

The position does not involve:

- Selling products or services.

The position is offered on a freelance / self-employed contractor basis.Freelancers are responsible for managing their own tax and legal obligationsaccording to applicable Spanish regulations.

Location requirement: This position is open to candidates based in Spain. The role is remote,but candidates must work from Spain due to project requirements and time-zonealignment.

Requirements

- Dutch language skills at C2 levelare required for conducting interviews professionally.

- Good communication skills andclear pronunciation.

- Basic English language skills forinternal communication and training.

- Ability to work independently ina quiet environment with minimal background noise.

- Good typing and computer skills.

- Reliable internet connection anda suitable basic computer setup.

- Call center, customer service,interviewing, or similar experience is an advantage but not required.

- Secondary education or equivalentexperience.

- Must be based in Spain due toproject requirements and time-zone considerations.

- Availability for a minimum of 16hours per week, subject to project requirements.

- Availability required Monday toFriday evenings and on weekends.

Salary & Compensation

- Fixed hourly rate: €9.50 perhour.

- Payments are made monthly.

- Payments are processed securelyby GDCC via available online payment methods, including PayPal or banktransfer.

- €50 bonus after successfulcompletion of the probation period.

- €250 bonus after completing 250working hours.

- Additional performance-basedincentives may be available depending on project outcomes.

The compensation structure for this freelance position is a fixed hourlyrate of €9.50 per hour, with the additional bonuses described above.

Free Training & Introduction

Before beginning live project work, all selected candidates receive freetraining and a clear introduction to GDCC, the role, project procedures, andthe tools used for interviewing.

There is no charge for training or onboarding.

No Candidate Fees

Candidates are never charged any application, recruitment, placement,training, onboarding, or other fees.
