Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create compelling, high-quality content (visuals, copy, videos) tailored for social media and e-commerce channels.




- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply this knowledge to campaigns.
- Analyze e-commerce and social media metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, product) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media best practices and technologies.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM integrations.

Requirements

- Proven work experience of at least 4 years as an E-commerce Marketing Specialist or Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in managing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
- Excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills.
- Experience with paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a remote team.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
