THEWHITEAM is seeking a Senior Service Now Architect to lead development and transformation across Sales, Order Management, CSM and CPQ on the Service Now platform. You will design AI-enabled CPQ solutions, develop integrations via REST/SOAP, and mentor junior developers in a fast-evolving environment.

The role requires 5+ years with Service Now, CRM/workflow experience, and strong Java Script expertise. A hybrid working model and opportunities for certification support are offered.
