* Help customers with everything from product onboarding to troubleshooting tech issues
* Guide users through software, hardware & IoT setups
* Solve tricky cases
* Communicate via phone & email (mostly inbound)
* Document cases and keep things structured You'll be happy in this role if you:

* Want stability Requirements
* Fluent in Norwegian (written & spoken)
* Good level of English (internal language)
* Around 1+ year experience in customer service/support
* Already based in Malaga (or very close)
* Comfortable with tech (you don’t need to be an expert, but not afraid of it either) What you get
