FDS 15/25 Entitat formativa is seeking a qualified vocational trainer in Palma to deliver specialized food industry training modules. This opportunity is directly linked to an official dual vocational training program (FP Dual) aimed at the meat processing industry. Working in Palma, you will guide and prepare future professionals by teaching essential technical, regulatory, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Delivering INAD023PO: Implementation of food quality systems in the food industry (270 hours).
- Teaching INAD047PO: Quality systems in the food industry (70 hours).
- Instructing INAD046PO: HACCP (APPCC) system and proper hygiene practices (60 hours).
- Guiding learners through INAD003PO: Packaging of food products (50 hours).
- Covering INAD028PO: Food legislation and regulatory frameworks (50 hours).
- Leading INAD021PO: Research, development, and innovation (R&D;&i;) in the food industry (25 hours).

Qualifications

- A minimum formal qualification of a university degree,



an intermediate vocational training degree (Grado Medio), or a Level 2 Certificate of Professionalism.
- Documented work experience directly related to the subjects within the food curriculum.
- Accredited pedagogical or teaching competence.
- Strong communication skills to support students in practical industry preparation.

Please note: If no candidate meets every specific administrative requirement, qualified applicants who show solid practical competence in the field can still be considered through a candidate insufficiency certification.

This offer provides a temporary contract based on 525 total teaching hours with a gross annual salary of 16,800 euros (company cost of 32 euros per hour). The primary instructional block runs full-time from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, between October 1 and December 14, 2026. The remaining sessions take place on scheduled Tuesdays throughout January and February 2027, followed by specific training dates on March 9 and 16, April 6 and 27, May 18, June 8 and 29, July 20, and August 18.
