Responsibilities Build and ship native Android features for the Creative App. Integrate mobile functionality with ElevenLabs’ AI-driven audio models. Design and run A/B tests and use experimental results to guide product decisions. Own performance, quality, and responsiveness in a production Android application. Collaborate with design, product, and research teams. Help shape the app’s architecture and technical direction. Requirements Strong native Android development experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. A track record of shipping features that improved engagement. Experience designing and running A/B tests. Ability to use data to determine what to build next. Comfort with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and adding structure where needed. Experience owning performance, quality,



and responsiveness in a production app. Experience with audio playback or streaming on Android is a bonus. Experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test, and release pipelines is a bonus.
