WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE?
Lead the Retail Training team.
Create training content and develop courses and materials.
Create and monitor training plans and programs for store employees, identifying and analyzing needs.
Coordinate the entire in-store training roadmap with different stakeholders according to store needs and timings.
Develop new programs and modify existing ones to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the entire Retail and People Retail structure to identify needs and design programs tailored to them.
