MISSION

In our Viladecavalls headquarters, we are looking for a Human Resources Trainee to support or local HR Team, mainly in Labour Relations and Talent Management .

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different HR functions, combining people-oriented activities with a business-driven, analytical and digital approach.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Labour Relations & HR Legal

Support the preparation and management of legal and administrative documentation related to labour relations. Assist in the follow-up of labour regulations, collective bargaining agreements and internal HR policies. Support employee relations processes and other labour-related initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Development

Support the end-to-end recruitment process for trainee positions, including CV screening, phone and face-to-face interviews. Assist in the onboarding and follow-up of trainees. Collaborate in talent development initiatives and support of training activities when needed. Support the management and processing of HR-related invoices.

HR Analytics & Reporting

Support the preparation and analysis of HR reports, dashboards and KPIs. Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends and support decision-making. Contribute to the digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS





Students currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management or a related field . Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset. Tech-savvy profile , with advanced Excel skills and an interest in data analysis, reporting and digital tools. Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools will be highly valued. Advanced English level. Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. Motivated to work in a dynamic environment such as the automotive industry.
