At Necomplus, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Alicante and support a key business area within an international environment.

Your responsibilities

-

- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

- Analyze presente vs. budget/forecast variances and profitability.

- Prepare financial and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.

- Monitor costs, risks and opportunities.

- Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other business teams.

- Contribute to improving financial reporting and processes.

What we're looking for

-

- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or FP&A.;

- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial analysis.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles; IFRS is a plus.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- CCH Tagetik knowledge is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

- Proactive, curious and business-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

- English proficiency.
