A fast-growing international entertainment group, offering the dynamism of a scale-up combined with the resources of a global market leader in festivals, music and live experience.We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across the Iberian market. This role will play a key part in driving ticket sales for festivals and live events through data-driven digital marketing initiatives.

¿Qué harás en tu reciente puesto?

Paid Media Campaign Management

- Build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta Ads.

- Manage campaigns on TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Reddit Ads where relevant.

- Execute campaigns across key sales moments:

- Early Bird sales

- On-sales

- Line-up announcements

- Headliner announcements

- Price increases

- Last tickets and urgency campaigns

- Monitor performance daily and optimise campaigns to maximise results.

Budget Management & Planning

- Develop weekly media plans with the Performance Marketing Lead.

- Allocate budgets across prospecting and retargeting activities.

- Monitor spend, pacing and efficiency against targets.

- Track and optimise key metrics including CAC, CPM, CTR and CPL.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

- Analyse audience, creative, placement and conversion performance.

- Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Share insights and recommendations with marketing and creative teams.

- Leverage AI tools for reporting, analysis and idea generation.

Tracking & Measurement

- Oversee and validate tracking setup across:

- Meta Pixel

- Conversions API

- Google Analytics 4

- UTM structures

- Ensure data accuracy between advertising platforms, analytics and ticketing systems.

Reporting

- Prepare weekly performance reports including:

- Spend

- Revenue

- Orders

- CAC

- ROAS

- Recommendations and next steps

- Maintain reporting dashboards and trackers.

CRM Collaboration

- Apply CRM audience exclusions and suppression lists where needed.

- Coordinate with CRM teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and customer journeys.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

RequirementsEssential

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

- 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

- Fluent Spanish and English.

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel.

- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion metrics and revenue attribution.

Desirable

- Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads and/or Reddit Ads.

- Knowledge of Supermetrics, Looker Studio or Smartly.

- Interest in music, festivals and live entertainment.
